Black sweater top - HOW DO I REMOVE LINT?

First wrap a piece of the wide packing tape around your hand and use that to remove as much as possible. Then try shaving it. Use a regular razor, a new one. If there is a lot of lint you may need to use a couple of razors, but it really does work.
