Constant anxiety about food - how do you know when it goes too far?

i feel the same way.. i cant never diet like you tho, i after just not eat at all.. im so self conscious i hate the way i look.. you can change how you are.. and your hair, but you cant change your features.. you are been a little obsessive with food.. but i cant really talk because i get that way when i think about getting fat.. or that i would love to look like a model.. eating the things you'r eating is really healthy and good for you.. so no that isnt a bad thing at all.. but you can treat yourself once in a while to a really unhealthy meal because one" every now and again wont hurt.. especially when you'r eating out.. you should treat yourself.. but eating fruits and veg is really good for you also so.. i recommend you carry on eating these things but treat yourself. because you deserve to have some kind of sugar! :) xx
