SNL song?!?

ok, so there is this song that was on SNL tonight. it was in the skit where everybody is shooting, well everybody. it went like "ooh what you say... ooh what dose anybody say" i don't know if those are the right words, but that's what i got out of it. :P anyway i don't know what song it is, or who it's by? i tryed coming up with names on itunes, but that didn't work! please help!!!! thank you!
