Swine Flu or Regular Flu ?

I did a really long walk for cancer a few days ago in the snow/rain. the nest day after that is when i started getting the symptoms . i have a very bad cough, runny nose, headache and i have thrown up . im not sure if this is swine flu or the regular flu cause maybe the walk gave me the flu BUT one of my friends has it and i have come in contact with her not knowing about her having swine flu . PLEASE HELP.. kinda freaking out
