Where can I get cheap hydrochloric acid (muriatic acid)?

Where can I get cheap hydrochloric acid (muriatic acid)? Most stuff at the store is too diluted. I need higher 20%, the stronger the better. Could make it with bottled hydrogen and chlorine gas, but would be need to be careful, and tanks of the gas costs more than buying the stuff somewhere.
