Well I also live in Montreal, but it's a huge melting pot of many different cultures. For example, I'm a mix of European and South American. So if you're looking at Montreal specifically, I would say 90% of the girls here don't really take into account skin color since everyone is of a different mix. That's why it's reputed to have the "best-looking women" because there's a great variety of culture. So I'm sure you'll do just fine finding a girl :) I hope that kind of answers your question.
