Eat a little more meals than that. Try to eat 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1 potato a day. Also instead of drinking a redbull have some tea with a tablespoon of honey. Honey is absorbed into your bloodstream quickly and energy is aquired fast. Plus itso good for you. Also instead of chips eat plain peanuts or any nut foods. They are rich in protein and energy. If you dont eat enough calories a day your body saves more fat from the food to preserve energy. So if you eat 1000 calories of healthy food daily your body will lose more weight and be healthy and build more muscle. Heres a recipe i eat every day. 2 potatos boiled until their soft get a few cloves of garlic crush them then mix the crushed garlic in a small bowl with some olive oil. Add salt or any condiments into the mix then get a spoon and pour the mix onto the potatoes. You can add some cheese onto the potatoes. Check out isometric workouts. It takes 10 seconds to fully develop new muscle doing an isometric exercise. One isometric you can do is stand up straight put your palms together in front of your chest an push your palms together as hard as you can. Or lie on your back with your feet straight together anf put your arms out straight with your back palms and your heals pushing against the ground as hard as you can. It just takes 10 seconds a day to get new muscles in the area that the exercise ia working out.
