What's the recipe for a Rainbow Shot?

Anybody seen the rainbow shot at a bar? I know the ingredients: Grenadine, OJ, Rum, Blue Curacao. I've done it tons of times can but can never be consistent enough. Does anybody know the recipe, as far as how many ounces of each liquid works best?
