Whose cruel idea was it for the word “Lisp” to have a “S” in it?

i mean come on for people who have lisps and have to tell people about it and then they have to say lisp thats just like an example of their lisp and thats cruel cos if i know most people and i know most people they will start to laugh at them and then theyll be like wtf dont start laughing at me just cos i have a lisp and then the person who was laughing will laugh more and then the cruel cruel cycle will just continue ????????????????????????????????????????… :( :( :( :( :(
