Rate my 2009 fantasy football team?

I have had Warner the last two seasons and have been pleasantly surprised. He is in a great system with great weapons to help him excel. The addition of Beanie Wells will only help the matter. My only concern is his health, therefore he is not rated as high for me. LT could be great again and Addai could be out to prove something, but lots of question marks around them both. Your receivers are your strength. Gates needs to stay healthy too, but the Chargers look to be back to old. Your bench leaves something to be desired, but that can be worked on throughout the season as players improve. Garrard with Holt could be great, but remember they are a running team. Parker is a great backup, but Mendehall is looming. Good luck this season.
