i feel the same way.. i cant never diet like you tho, i after just not eat at all.. im so self conscious i hate the way i look.. you can change how you are.. and your hair, but you cant change your features.. you are been a little obsessive with food.. but i cant really talk because i get that way when i think about getting fat.. or that i would love to look like a model.. eating the things you'r eating is really healthy and good for you.. so no that isnt a bad thing at all.. but you can treat yourself once in a while to a really unhealthy meal because one" every now and again wont hurt.. especially when you'r eating out.. you should treat yourself.. but eating fruits and veg is really good for you also so.. i recommend you carry on eating these things but treat yourself. because you deserve to have some kind of sugar! :) xx

Need help/advice with my corn snake he just had an accident?

My corn snake has been escaping from his tank recently and when i came into my room i found hm tangled up in a crochet top thing. I tried to keep calm, and grabbed some nail scissors to cut him free, but it was very difficult since he was squirming and freaking out so much! I've read about the pros and cons of pacifiers but I'm still not sure! My baby at 3 months started sucking her hands constantly so we started to use a pacifier. She seems to want it in very often during the day and it stops her from whining (for apparently no reason - when she's fed, burped, changed, good to go...) so it's hard to deny her. She's about 4 months now and I got up 5 times last night to settle her and give her her pacifier. She used to sleep through the night much better than this. I'm not sure what to do! Runescapes ok, but my guess is you have already played it, who hasn't, my only worry for you mate is the RAM, I had the same problem, I only had 512 mb, to play games on your PC it is recommended that you have atleast 1 GB, I had 512mb and got it upgraded to 2.5 GB, I totally recommend Runes of Magic, it takes a while to install and update but its worth it. Its like WoW but hasnt got a monthly fee, when I had 512 mb however runes of magic was really bad but after getting more RaM it makes gameplay more smooth. RAM is not that expensive so it wont burn a hole in your pocket like a new video card would but I totally recommend you upgrade it you will soon see a difference in your gameplay.

If there are gas lines and a burner then it is going to burn a gas, if there is simply a pit with ceramic tiles then it was made for burning wood. Another good way to tell if it is a wood burning fireplace is to look for a flue or damper handle below the burning cavity so you can adjust the air flow to the fire. If you do not care about the look of the chimney, and you research fire codes and such, and your a little handy, you could probably do it out of metal exhaust tubing (ductwork) but it would look ugly as sin and you would have to make a hole in your house hehe. We have one in the garage, so we don't care about looks and it just vents direct to outside through sheet metal like exhaust tube, which was very cheap, then just sealed up around the hole with concrete. As to your details, well, to burn wood you really would want to have that damper/flue to be able to burn the wood easily

Why should we pay cops to watch construction sites?

In Boston we pay our police to sit at construction sites 'for safety". It's complete nonsense. They rarely pay attention to what's going on, they are terrible at directing traffic, they talk on their cell phones all day, socialize with the constuction workers and get paid big bucks in overtime for it. The state police are even worse. All they have to do is sit in their cruisers and sleep. Each trooper gets their own car so it's even more expensive. On any given piece road work being done you'll see at least two cops in cruisers getting paid mive amounts of cash (sometimes many more than that). The only people that hurt at these construction sites are the cops who occasionally get hit by cars. Haha!!

Just ran my IST this past saturday, got 109 crunches, 15 pullups and a 10:55min 1 1/2 mile. for how much i work out and run about 4 times a weeks for at least 2 miles each time my run seems to not get any better. Why is my baby not kicking today as much as she does :(?

Sometimes babies just get comfortable and don't move a lot they r growing so fast they run out of room! I really wouldn't worry unless the baby completely stops moving. But if you are worried just call your dr he will give u advice to make you feel better! Or do the kick count they tell you about in your baby books!! I know how you feel my baby didn't move for 6days straight it scared me lifeless but he jus got comfortable an was just resting he is 10months old now and can't slow him down lol!! I can answer this question, because I have experience being the child of both a physically, and emotionally abusive home. My adoptive parents called me fat, fat-*ss, ugly, stupid etc, as well as made faces at me to "get me started", I wasn't allowed to cry, or leave the room when I was upset with them, I had to sit in the same room with them as they sat there putting me down. I can honestly say that (in my opinion) emotional abuse is worse than physical. I hated going home after school, hated March break, hated summer break and hated weekends, because all of this meant I would be at home with them for them to put me down. It affected my outside life at school, while I did have a few friends, I had such low self confidence, I had a hard time making friends. I actually thought I was fat and ugly. Two days after my 15th birthday, i was taken out of there home by children's aide, and put into a foster home. I was treated so well, and I got to see how a normal person got to live. I gained confidence and had no problem making friends. Looking back at photos of myself when I was in my foster home, I can not even believe they called me fat, or even that I thought I was fat! I was average size- and to think I used to starve myself not to be fat when I lived with them! I am now 20 years old, and I love my life, have very good self confidence, and am a very positive person, who always sees the good in things. Now I don't regret having been in that situation when I was a child, because it makes me who I am today, but I am extremely thankful that I was put in the foster home that I was, because that was exactly what I needed, and those foster parents, are the ones who made me who I am today as well. Sorry for rambling on and on about my life, but since you asked the question, I felt as though other parents may be able to benefit from reading this. My heart goes out to any child who has been through this, or is going through it right now, because it really makes a child feel very unloved.

After hearing about the Arod positive steroid tests in 2003, I stepped back and took a long look at baseball and am starting to think that every single player in the league probably has used it at least once. I am a huge Craig Biggio fan, and I would be saddened, but not surprised to hear if someone like him juiced up. I have talked to an olympic trainer, and his take on steroids is that the only reason that it was taken out of baseball was due to the wrong message it was sending to kids as a supplement that will help you bulk up without huge side effects when, obviously, it is very dangerous in respect to behavior and different organs in the body. This is kind of a rant, but the bottom line is that steroid usage, in my mind, is not as taboo as it was before, and i could see how the whole league has possibly juiced up at one point or another. I have had Warner the last two seasons and have been pleasantly surprised. He is in a great system with great weapons to help him excel. The addition of Beanie Wells will only help the matter. My only concern is his health, therefore he is not rated as high for me. LT could be great again and Addai could be out to prove something, but lots of question marks around them both. Your receivers are your strength. Gates needs to stay healthy too, but the Chargers look to be back to old. Your bench leaves something to be desired, but that can be worked on throughout the season as players improve. Garrard with Holt could be great, but remember they are a running team. I was just outside (its a little bit after 10pm here) and something bit the backside of my thigh..and HARD! I smacked whatever it was away, and it flew off..slowly...slowly enough so that I could get a pretty good look at it. It was large, maybe 1 1/2 times the size of a horse fly..but wasn't a horse fly..or a fly for that matter. It had a stinger on its backside that had to be close to 1/4 inch long **rubs leg in pain.** It made a humming/buzzing sound when it flew. What could this beastie be??

NHS and band are impressive to most colleges. Your gpa is just a little on the low side, In my school you need a 3.5 to be in NHS. Anyway you have a load of rigorous cles. So If you feel you can't handle them dont be afraid to take a few honors. Its better to improve your grades than take more ap level.Ok hope my opinions help! Good luck. Spotting for first time whilst on pill after over a year of use.?

I've been on Microgynon for over a year now and have always taken my pills correctly, the same time each day give or take a couple of hours. My last withdrawal bleed arrived on time on the 31st Oct and lasted the normal 3 or 4 days, but last week on the 11th Nov I got some light spotting blood that was brown/pinkish. I've not had spotting in the whole time I've taken the pill, and heard that it's normal right at the start but presumably not after a year? This light spotting only really finished on Monday/Tuesday so was going on for a good 4 or 5 days, and I'm quite confused by it to be honest. I will finish my current pack next Wednesday 24th and my withdrawal bleed should arrive on the 28th as it always comes the following Sunday... but has anyone else had spotting like this between bleeds after using the pill for this length of time?
